What is Sphereing?

In a nutshell, Sphereing® is rolling downhill in a massive inflatable ball! At SphereMania® Barcelona, we offer the more extreme flavour of this activity, Harness Sphereing®. Two brave souls are securely harnessed inside the 3.6m ball and pushed down a 4m launch ramp and 150m hill! Sphereing® is a serious adrenaline rush and not for the faint hearted…

The experience is best described as an assault on the senses. The nerve-wracking roll over the edge of the launch ramp is nowhere near the height of the Dragon’s big drop, but it’s just as hairy! Once you’re off the ramp and onto the hill, the out-of-control sensation of rolling downhill without knowing where you are (or even which way is up!) really is something unique. As with the Dragon, many riders are rendered nearly speechless, shell-shocked by the intensity of the experience. Words don’t really do it justice, so if you’re in town, come along and have a go!
